I declare I will provide all necessary information to the lettings agency to the best of my knowledge.
I agree not to intentionally provide misleading information to the lettings agent to dishonestly
appropriate a property and accept that my application will be rejected and agree not to enter a contract
based on the incorrect information I have provided.
