Introduction

These Terms and Usage Policies govern the use of the monthly or annual subscription service called “Recommended,” which provides the Partner with exposure in a special “Recommended Businesses” section and adds a distinctive badge to the Partner within our website and app. The Service is provided by “BooknGo.”

Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using the Service, you accept these Terms and the Company's Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Partner's Obligations

• Registration: The Partner agrees to provide accurate and complete information when registering for the Service.
• Content: The Partner is responsible for providing all the information, material, and content required for their display. The content must comply with laws and regulations and must not infringe copyrights or other third-party rights.
• Updates: The Partner agrees to inform “BooknGo” of any changes to the information provided.

Subscriptions and Charges

• Price and Payment: The “Recommended” Service is subscription-based and charged monthly or annually according to the price listed on our website. Payments are made in advance and are non-refundable.
• Renewal and Cancellation: The “Recommended” subscription is automatically renewed monthly or annually based on the selected package, unless the Partner cancels their subscription before the renewal date through the management system in their “BooknGo” user profile. The cancellation applies to the next billing period.

Changes to the Service

“BooknGo” reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or reprice the Service or any part of it, with or without notice.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Greek law. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively by the Greek courts of Agrinio.
