Terms and Conditions for Bookings

The services you can book through BooknGo are offered by Partners and not by us. Payment for the services is made directly between you and the Partner. We are not responsible for the services you receive, but if you encounter any issues or the services do not meet your expectations, please let us know, and we will try to assist you.

Before confirming your booking, carefully read the details and any restrictions related to the service. It is your responsibility to inform the Partner of any medical conditions or allergies before your appointment. We are not liable for any damages that may occur during or after the provision of the service.

BooknGo reserves the right to deactivate your account if you violate the Terms and Conditions for Bookings or if you demonstrate inappropriate, abusive, or unacceptable behavior towards our staff or our Partners.

If you wish to reschedule or cancel your booking, you can do so through:

  • Your account on BooknGo, on the Website or the App.
  • Directly with the Partner.

A scheduled booking can be canceled under the terms and conditions set by the specific Partner with whom you made the booking.

Detailed Terms

Please read the Terms and Conditions for Bookings carefully before completing any booking through the Website or the App, as these terms govern your booking. We recommend keeping a copy of the terms for future reference. If you do not agree with the terms, please do not proceed with a booking through our Website or App.

Definitions

For convenience, the following terms have the following meanings:

  • App: The software you can download from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
  • Client: The purchaser of services (you).
  • Scheduled Booking: An appointment with a Partner for services, booked through our Website or App.
  • Booking Confirmation: Confirmation of the booking you make through our Website or App.
  • Partner: Third-party providers of products or services available for sale through our Website or App.
  • Partner Agreement: The agreement we have entered into with our Partners.
  • Services: The services offered for booking through our Website or App.
  • BooknGo Agreement: The agreement and all Terms and Conditions for anyone using our Website and App.

 

Introduction and Relationship with Customers and Partners

The Website and App are owned by the sole proprietorship FRAGKOULIS KONSTANTINOS NIKOLAOS, based in Agrinio, 37 Souliou , Postal Code 30131, VAT 152353353, email: support@bookngo.gr. BooknGo offers booking services for hair salons, barbershops, nails, tattoos, piercing, brows, lips, spas, massages, makeup, nutritionists, beauty centers, and physiotherapists, but the actual services are provided by the Partners.

When you make a service booking, you are entering into two contracts:

  • One with BooknGo (for the booking), which is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
  • One with the Partner (for the service provision), which includes cancellation terms applicable to that specific booking.

The services offered through BooknGo are provided on behalf of the Partners, and BooknGo simply manages the bookings. BooknGo is not responsible for the services provided.

Modifications to Terms

The Terms and Conditions may change periodically. We recommend reviewing them before each booking to ensure you are aware of the current terms.

Bookings and Contract Formation Process with BooknGo

The type of booking you can make through our Website or App is:

  • Scheduled Booking (specific date/time)

During the booking process, you have the opportunity to check and correct any errors before submitting your booking. Please take the time to carefully review your booking before finalizing it.

The contract is formed when we send you written confirmation (usually via email) – the "Booking Confirmation."

Rescheduling and Canceling Bookings

For Scheduled Bookings, if you want to change the details of your appointment (e.g., time/date) after confirmation, and the appointment is not scheduled to take place within the next few hours (or as specified by the Partner), you can do so through the Website or the App, or by contacting the Partner. If the Partner is unavailable, you can search for an alternative date or time.

If you want to cancel your booking, go to your profile under the "Bookings" section and proceed with the cancellation.

Service Provision

The Partners have a legal obligation to provide services in accordance with the terms of the Partner Agreement. All services on the Website and App are displayed based on availability. The images and descriptions are indicative, and the actual services may differ.

Responsibility and Obligations

It is your sole responsibility to inform the Partner in advance of any medical issues or special needs that may affect the provision of services. If you fail to do so, neither BooknGo nor the Partner will be held liable for any damages that may arise.

Issue Resolution

We care about our customers' experience and want to ensure the highest standards of service. If you have a complaint about a Partner or the services provided, you can:

  • Contact the Partner directly to resolve the issue.

 

  • Write an honest review on the Website or App, detailing your experience.
  • Contact us via the online form, and we will do our best to assist you.

Once we receive your complaint, we will contact the Partner to try and resolve the issue on your behalf.

Invoicing

The Partner is responsible for applying VAT to bookings. BooknGo does not charge VAT as the Services are provided by the Partners, not by BooknGo, and therefore we cannot provide a VAT invoice. For invoicing, you must contact the Partner directly.

For all bookings, the payment method is "Pay at Store," meaning you will pay the Partner directly at the time of the appointment.

Right to Amend Terms and Conditions

We may revise these terms in cases such as:

  • Changes to the booking process
  • Changes in laws or regulatory requirements
  • Other business needs

The Terms and Conditions applicable to you are those posted at the time of booking and are accepted upon the completion of your booking.

General Information

All notices or communications from you must be sent through the contact form or by post to BooknGo at 37 Souliou , Agrinio, Postal Code 30131. We may communicate with you by post, email, or announcements on the Website or App.

Customer support hours are from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, excluding holidays.

BooknGo reserves the right to disable customer accounts that violate the Terms or display inappropriate behavior towards customer support or the Partners.

If any of these terms are deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court, they will be severed from the remaining terms, which will continue in full force.

These Terms are governed by Greek law, and the Greek courts of Agrinio will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
